Vera D. Hall, Managing Member and Principal of Innovative Performance Construction Company, LLC (IPC) interest in construction was ignited while working on minor construction projects in her Vocational Education class while in college. Vera also worked with her brother painting clients’ homes for extra money.

Even though, Vera became infatuated with carpentry in college while majoring in Agriculture, she believes there is so much more she could have learned had she continued in construction engineering or management, but her experience has given her the knowledge needed to maintain her business.
