SERVICES
General Construction and Civil Construction
IPC has the capability to perform in all areas of general construction. IPC past performance with the Department of the Army is in erosion control, which includes bank stabilization, riser pipe, levy repair, rip rap, clearing and grubbing. IPC currently maintains a BPA roofing contract with ERDC. IPC performs commercial renovations, interior and exterior finishes.
Facilities Support and Security Services
IPC provides unarmed security guard services to NOAA. IPC installs security cameras and fiber optic cables and many other security features to agencies. IPC has the staff to perform facilities support services in the areas of janitorial, maintenance, trash disposal and management.

IPC has past performance with the Department of the Army totaling over $10 million in awarded and completed contracts. These contracts were set aside sole source and competitive contracts.
IPC has past performance with the Department of the Army totaling $3.6 million in completed contracts; $6 million in awarded contracts; three Woman-owned and four 8(a) set aside sole source and competitive bids.
IPC has excellent ratings in CPARS and we have a reputation of completing projects within budget, safely, and on schedule. We have obtained one of our goals at IPC, which was to obtain 8(a) Sole-Source contracts.
